Terms of Service

By creating an account on AI Interviews you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms will be replaced with the final, lawyer-reviewed version published from the super-admin panel before general availability — at which point existing users will be prompted to re-accept.

1. Account & Workspace

Your account is bound to your work email. You must use a corporate domain — personal providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook personal, etc.) are not supported. The first user to register an organization becomes the workspace administrator and may invite teammates under the limits of their plan.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use AI Interviews only for legitimate hiring workflows. You may not use the platform to harass, deceive, or discriminate against candidates. You are responsible for the content you upload, the questions you publish, and the decisions you take based on AI scores. AI scores are advisory — final hiring decisions rest with you.

3. Candidate Data

Interview transcripts, recordings, and AI analyses are processed on behalf of your organization. We act as a data processor; you remain the data controller. Retention, deletion, and access requests are handled per the Privacy Policy.

4. Billing & Free Trial

New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial that includes 30 free interviews. There are no subscription plans, monthly fees, or usage caps — every account has full access to all features. The only limit is your interview balance. To run more interviews, you purchase them up front via Stripe Checkout as a one-time payment; per-interview pricing decreases by volume. One interview is deducted from your balance each time an interview runs to completion. Purchased interviews never expire and carry forward indefinitely. All purchases are final and non-refundable. If your trial ends and your balance is zero, your workspace is paused — sign-in redirects you to purchase interviews — until you buy more. Contact your account manager to discuss extending a trial.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, candidate data is retained for 30 days for export, then permanently deleted unless required by law.

6. Liability

AI Interviews is provided as-is. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We will publish updated terms via the super-admin legal panel. Material changes prompt re-acceptance on next sign-in. Minor edits (typos, clarifications) are versioned but do not trigger re-acceptance.
